  "text": "If any money is payable to a shareholder, debenture stockholder or mortgagee, being a minor or a person of unsound mind, the receipt of his guardian, receiver or duly appointed attorney or of the Court of Protection (as the case may be) shall be a sufficient discharge to the Company.",
