# Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994, Section 34: Voting at general meetings


Where a body corporate, being a holder of ordinary or preference capital to which voting rights are attached, is present at a meeting of the Company by a proxy who is not a holder of capital of the Company, such proxy shall be entitled to vote for such body on a show of hands.
