Section 49 Toll collectors

In the proviso (Penalty on obstructing Collectors) to section 90 (For preventing Toll Collectors from misbehaving) of the Act of 1830, for the words “assault, obstruct, hinder or molest” there shall be substituted the words “intentionally obstruct or hinder”.
