# Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994, Section 58: Repeals for the purpose of Part V


On the appointed day sections 1 and 32 of the Act of 1830 and Part II of this Act shall be repealed and the remaining provisions of the Act of 1830 shall have effect as if for references to the Company there were substituted references to the registered company.
