  "heading": "Repeals and consequential amendments",
  "text": "(1) Subject to the provisions of section 3 (Company to continue) of this Act, so much of the Act of 1830 as is specified in column (3) of Part I of Schedule 3 to this Act (which includes provisions which are spent, obsolete or unnecessary) is hereby repealed.\n(2) The consequential amendments of the Act of 1830 specified in Part II of Schedule 3 to this Act shall have effect.",
