# The Durham and North Yorkshire (County Boundaries) Order 1991, Article 4: Transfers from North Yorkshire to Durham


The part of the county of North Yorkshire, the district of Richmondshire and the parish of Croft-on-Tees marked A7 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to—
(a) the county of Durham and the Hurworth electoral division of that county;
(b) the borough of Darlington and the Hurworth ward of that borough;
(c) the parish of Hurworth;
(d) the Darlington petty sessional division;
(e) the South Durham Coroner’s district.
