  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Brandon and Byshottles are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into six wards named respectively—\n(a) Central;\n(b) East;\n(c) North;\n(d) South;\n(e) Ushaw Moor;\n(f) West.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Four councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Central;\n(b) Ushaw Moor;\n(c) West.\n(5) Three councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) East;\n(b) North;\n(c) South.",
