# Durham Markets Company Act 1992, Section 2: Interpretation


In this Act—
“the Act of 1851” means the 1851 c. vi.Durham Markets Company’s Act 1851;
“the Act of 1965” means the 1965 c. ix.Durham Markets Company Act 1965;
“the Company” means the Durham Markets Company Limited.
