Section 3 Adoption of Table A

Notwithstanding anything in any enactment or other instrument constituting or regulating the Company, the Company may exercise the powers of paragraph 6 (2) of Schedule 21 to the 1985 c. 6.Companies Act 1985 (effect of registration under section 680 of the said Act of 1985) and adopt Table A with such modifications as appear to them to be appropriate.
