# Durham Markets Company Act 1992, Section 5: Repeal


(1) The provisions of the Acts of 1851 and 1965 specified in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed.
(2) Upon the adoption of Table A in accordance with section 3 of this Act the provisions of the Acts of 1851 and 1965 specified in Part II of Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed.
