# The Dutch Potatoes (Notification) (England) Order 2005, Article 1: Title, commencement, extent and application

Extent: E+W+S

(1) This Order may be cited as the Dutch Potatoes (Notification) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 7th March 2005.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales but applies only in relation to England.
