  "text": "And it is hereby enacted and declared That the Words Ecclesiastical Persons in this Act and Persons in Holy Orders in the said former Acts and every of them shal be understood so as to comprehend Bishopps in all Cases where any Marriages are celebrated or the Officers for any Christenings or Burials are performed by them.",
