  "text": "And be it further enacted That the Ten Days allowed by the said recited Act by Persons agrieved for the said Rates and Assessments to complain and appeal shal hereafter be reckoned and accounted to begin from the respective Demands made of the Sums of Moneys due upon the said Rates and Assessments by the respective Collectors of the same Any thing in the said recited Act to the contrary notwithstanding.",
