# The Dyfed-Powys Police (Amalgamation) (Amendment) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order contains the Secretary of State’s approval to a Scheme, submitted to him under the Police Act 1964, further amending the provisions of the Dyfed-Powys Police Amalgamation Scheme 1973 relating to the apportionment of the expenses of the combined police authority between the constituent councils, with effect from 1st April 1990.
