Paragraph 2

For paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to the Dyfed-Powys Police Amalgamation Scheme 1973 there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(3)

For the purposes of the foregoing sub-paragraph the population of an area shall be the “relevant population” calculated in accordance with section 69(7) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988^f1 and regulations made thereunder.”.
