  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order contains the Secretary of State’s approval to a Scheme, submitted to him under the Police Act 1964, further amending the Dyfed-Powys Police Amalgamation Scheme 1973 with effect from 1st April 1993.\nIt provides that the respective proportions of the expenses of the combined police authority which the constituent councils are to contribute are to be assessed by reference to populations as estimated by the Registrar General rather than populations calculated under provisions now repealed.",
