# The Ealing Tertiary College (Dissolution) Order 2001, Article 2


On 1st January 2002 the corporation shall be dissolved and all its property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Hammersmith and West London College being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
