  "text": "Children And Young Persons, England\nMade 26th March 2012\nLaid before Parliament 27th March 2012\nComing into force 1st September 2012\nThe Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 39(1)(a), 42(1) and (2) and 44(1) to (4) of the Childcare Act 2006(“the Act”).\nIn accordance with section 42(A1) of the Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation.\nThe Secretary of State has given notice of the proposal to make this Order in accordance with section 45(2) of the Act.\nIn accordance with section 45(3) of the Act the Secretary of State has considered the evidence and representations submitted in pursuance of section 45(2), and has published a draft of this Order and any associated document and a summary of the views expressed during the consultation.",
