  "text": "children and young persons, england\nMade 20th June 2007\nLaid before Parliament 27th June 2007\nComing into force 1st September 2008\nIn accordance with section 45(2) of the Childcare Act 2006 (“the Act”) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills has given notice of his proposal to make this Order.\nAnd in accordance with section 45(3) of the Act the Secretary of State has considered the evidence and representations submitted to him in pursuance of section 45(2), and has published a draft of this Order and any associated documents and a summary of the views expressed to him.\nAccordingly the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 39(1)(a), 42(1) to (5) and 44(1) to (4) of the Act, makes the following Order:",
