Article 5 Amendments to Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project)

Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project), is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph 1(a), in the description of Work No. 1, for “172 wind turbine generators” substitute “121 wind turbine generators”; and

(b)

in paragraph 1(a), in the description of Work No. 2, for “up to six offshore electrical stations” substitute “up to one offshore electrical station”.
