Article 5 Variation of the East Basildon Education Action Zone 1998

The East Basildon Education Action Zone Order 1998^f1 is varied as follows:

In Schedule 1, the words “RM plc” are deleted and the words “Holmes Pearman” are inserted.

In Schedule 2, the words “Fairview School” are substituted with, “South Essex PRU”; the words “Cherry Tree Primary School” are substituted for “Swan Mead County Infant School” and “Swan Mead County Junior School”; and the words “Bardfield Primary School and Nursery” are substituted for “Bardfield County Infant School” and “Bardfield County Junior School”.

In Schedule 2, the words “Willows Primary School” are substituted for “Manor County Infants School” and “Manor County Junior School”.
