  "text": "The Forum may at any time appoint–\n(a) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the Health Service purchasers and providers;\n(b) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the social services department of Essex County Council;\n(c) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the local voluntary sector;\n(d) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent Essex Police;\n(e) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent large local businesses;\n(f) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent small local businesses;\n(g) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the teachers in the zone schools; and\n(h) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the parents of the children in the zone schools.",
