# The East Basildon Education Action Zone Order 1998, Article 5: Constitution of education action zone


The Forum may at any time appoint–
(a) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the Health Service purchasers and providers;
(b) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the social services department of Essex County Council;
(c) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the local voluntary sector;
(d) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent Essex Police;
(e) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent large local businesses;
(f) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent small local businesses;
(g) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the teachers in the zone schools; and
(h) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the parents of the children in the zone schools.
