  "text": "Education, England\nMade 3rd July 2008\nLaid before Parliament 10th July 2008\nComing into force 1st August 2008\nThe Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nThis Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation known as North Devon College, Barnstaple (“North Devon College”). It is made for the purpose of giving effect to a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation known as East Devon College, Tiverton (“the corporation”) made by the Learning and Skills Council for England. The Secretary of State has consulted the corporation.",
