  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 29th April 1999\nLaid before Parliament 6th May 1999\nComing into force 1st June 1999\nWhereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for England, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as East Durham Community College (“the corporation”);\nNow therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27 of the Act, the Secretary of State, after consulting the corporation and with the consent of the further education corporation known as the East Durham and Houghall Community College, hereby makes the following Order:",
