  "text": "(1) In this article “the Zone areas” means the areas:\n(a) to which the schemes listed in column 1 below respectively relate; and\n(b) the boundaries of which are shown on the relevant map listed in column 2—\n1.\n2.\nName of Scheme\nShown on map number\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 1 (Bracken Hill) Scheme\n1\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 2 (Peterlee North West Industrial Estate) Scheme\n2\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 3 (Peterlee South West Industrial Estate) Scheme\n3\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 4 (Seaham Grange) Scheme\n4\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 5 (Fox Cover) Scheme\n5\nThe East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 6 (Dawdon) Scheme\n6\n(2) The Zone areas are hereby designated as enterprise zones, and the council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for those zones.",
