# The East Durham Enterprise Zones(Designation) Order 1995, Article 3: Enterprise zones in Easington


(1) In this article “the Zone areas” means the areas:
(a) to which the schemes listed in column 1 below respectively relate; and
(b) the boundaries of which are shown on the relevant map listed in column 2—

The East Durham Enterprise Zone No. 6 (Dawdon) Scheme

(2) The Zone areas are hereby designated as enterprise zones, and the council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for those zones.
