  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order gives effect to recommendations made by East Hertfordshire District Council to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for related alterations of district ward and county electoral division boundaries.\nThe alterations are a consequence of changes to certain parish boundaries and warding arrangements introduced by the East Hertfordshire (Reorganisation of Community Governance) (Buntingford and Cottered) Order 2018 and the East Hertfordshire (Reorganisation of Community Governance) (Bishop’s Stortford and Thorley) Order 2018. Those Orders were made by East Hertfordshire District Council under section 86 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007. Printed copies of those Orders are available for inspection at reasonable times at the offices of East Hertfordshire District Council, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, SG13 8EQ. They are also accessible online at: http://www.lgbce.org.uk/resources/database-of-local-government-orders/eastern/hertfordshire\nThe changes to the district ward boundaries under article 2 apply in respect of elections to be held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in England in 2019.\nThe change to the county electoral divisions under article 3 apply in respect of elections to be held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in England in 2021.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
