  "heading": "The said Duty to be managed by Commissioners of Customs.",
  "text": "And it is hereby further enacted That the said Duty of Five Pounds in the Hundred shall be from time to time under the Management and Government of the Commissioners of the Customs for the time being who shall cause the same to be raised levied collected and paid to the Hands of the Receiver or Receivers General of the Revenue of the Customs for the time being and such Receiver or Receivers General for the time being shall answer and pay over all the Moneys arising thereby (the necessary Charges of raising collecting and answering the same only excepted) in such manner and for such purposes as are before in this Act appointed.",
