  "text": "And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That no Person or Persons whatsoever shall be obliged by virtue of any Contract made at any time before the Five and Twentieth Day of December One thousand six hundred ninety eight to deliver any Salt or Rock-Salt unless the Person who is to receive the same shall before or at the time of Delivery of the same by such Contract Pay to the Seller thereof such Sum or Sums as he shall have paid or secured to pay for so much of the Duties thereupon as are imposed by virtue of this Act.",
