  "text": "And be it enacted That no Salt shall be delivered from any Salt Works or Pitts without Notice first given to the Officer appointed for that Purpose upon Pain of forfeiting of the Salt so delivered and after the Rate of Ten Shillings per Bushel for the same to be recovered from the Owner or Owners of the Salt-Works or Pits where such Salt shall be so delivered the One Moiety or Half Part of which Forfeitures to be to the Use of the Prosecutor and the other Moiety or Half Part to the Use of His Majesty His Heirs and Successors.",
