# The East Kent Light Railway Order 1993, Article 6: Restrictions as to conveyance of passengers


No part of the railway shall be used for the conveyance of passengers without the prior written permission of the Secretary of State and the Society shall comply withthe conditions (if any) which the Secretary of State may from time to time prescribe for the safety of persons using the Railway.
