# The East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone (Extension and Variation) Order 2001, Article 5: Variation of the East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone (No. 2) Order 1998


(1) The East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone (No. 2) Order 1998 is varied as follows:
(2) In Schedule 1 the words “Tees Valley Connexions” will be substituted for “Future Steps Limited: Fry Street, Middlesbrough”.
(3) In Schedule 1 the words “Comcast Teesside Limited: Roberts House, De Havilland Avenue, Preston Business Park, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TH” and, “East Middlesbrough Parents Group”, are deleted.
(4) In Schedule 1 the words, “Middlesbrough Learning and Skills Council” are inserted after “Gatsby Charitable Foundation, 4/7 Red Lion Court, London EC4A 3EB”.
(5) In Schedule 2 the words “St Anthony’s RC School” will be deleted on 1st September 2002.
