# The East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone (Extension and Variation) Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order extends and varies the East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone. The Order varies the partners to the Zone and deletes those schools which are scheduled to close. The Order also gives the Forum an additional power to remove members in certain circumstances.
