  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes the Middlesbrough Education Action Zone, which comprises the schools listed in the Schedule. The Order also provides (in article 2) for the membership of the Education Action Forum for the Zone. The Order revokes the East Middlesbrough Education Action Zone Order (S.I. 1998/1957) which contained a number of errors.",
