Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

  • “the 2014 Order” means the East Northamptonshire District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2014f1;

  • “county electoral division” means an electoral division established by article 3 of the Northamptonshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2013f2;

  • “district ward” means a district ward established by article 3 of the District of East Northamptonshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2007f3;

  • “ordinary day of election of councillors” has the meaning given by section 37 of the Representation of the People Act 1983f4.
