# The East Northamptonshire Resource Management Facility (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 3: Amendments to Schedule 1 (Authorised Project)


Schedule 1 (Authorised Project) of the 2013 Order is amended as follows—
(a) In paragraph 1, in the section headed, “Works No.2”, for “100,000tpa” substitute “150,000tpa” and
(b) In paragraph 1, in the section headed “Works No.2”, for “150,000tpa” substitute “200,000tpa”.
