# The Eastbourne Water Order 1988, Article 3: Capital and borrowing powers


(1) Section 4 of the 1983 Order (capital and borrowing powers) shall be amended as follows.
(2) For the words “twenty million pounds” substitute “twenty-five million pounds”.
