The Secretary of State for the Environment, on the application of the Eastbourne Waterworks Company, being statutory water undertakersf1, and in exercise of powers conferred by sections 23, 32, 33, 50 and 59(1)f2 of the Water Act 1945f3 and now vested in himf4, hereby makes the following Order:
