# The Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 2015, Article 4: Additional functions conferred on the development corporation


In the development area the development corporation has the functions conferred by the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act which are specified in Part 1 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act.
