# The Eccles College and Salford College (Dissolution) Order 2008, Article 2


On 1st January 2009 each of the corporations shall be dissolved and all of their property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Pendleton College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
