  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves with effect from 1st January 2009 the further education corporations known as Eccles College and Salford College. It provides for the transfer of the property, rights and liabilities of each corporation to Pendleton College and secures the rights of their employees by applying section 26(2) to (4) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.\nAn Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it has no wider impact on the costs of business, charities or voluntary bodies. The impact on the public sector is minimal.",
