  "text": "There shall be paid to the First Church Estates Commissioner a salary not exceeding the yearly sum of one thousand two hundred pounds, and to the Church Estates Commissioner appointed by the said archbishop a salary not exceeding the yearly sum of one thousand pounds, to be determined by the Treasury; and such salaries shall be paid out of the monies from time to time in the hands of the Church Commissioners.",
