# The Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Order 1994, Article 3: Exclusion or restriction of ecclesiastical exemption


(1) Ecclesiastical exemption is excluded in respect of all buildings other than those falling within article 4 or 6.
(2) For buildings falling within article 4, ecclesiastical exemption is restricted to the extent set out in article 5.
