# The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Discipline) Rules 1964, Article 28


Where the finding is one of guilt, the censure shall not be pronounced under section 37 of the Measure until the time for lodging a petition under rule 44 has expired or, if a petition is lodged, until the proceedings thereon have been finally concluded.
