# The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Discipline) Rules 1964, Article 5: Dismissal of complaint by bishop


If the bishop decides under section 23 of the Measure that no further step be taken in the matter of the complaint, he shall, in addition to the notices required by that section to be given to the complainant and to the accused, give written notice of his decision to the registrar, who shall file it in the registry.
