# The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Discipline) Rules 1964, Article 51


The notice which is required by the proviso to section 51 of the Measure to be served on a bishop or archbishop before a resolution is moved in the Upper House of Convocation of the relevant province to depose him from Holy Orders shall be in the form set out in the Appendix.
