# The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Discipline) Rules 1964, Article 63


Where any act is required by these rules to be done by the complainant or the promoter or the accused within a specified period, he may apply to the registrar for an enlargement or abridgement of that period and an application for enlargement may be made notwithstanding that the period has expired.
