  "text": "(1) The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (referred to in this Chapter as the “2018 Act”) is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 1 (power to make sanctions regulations) omit subsection (4).\n(3) Omit section 2 (additional requirements for regulations for a purpose within section 1(2)).\n(4) In section 45 (revocation and amendment of regulations under section 1)—\n(a) in subsection (2)—\n(i) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (a);\n(ii) omit paragraph (b);\n(b) omit subsections (3) to (5);\n(c) in subsection (6) omit “, section 2”.",
