# The Ecumenical Relations Measure 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force the substantive provisions of the Ecumenical Relations Measure 2018.
Article 2 provides for sections 1 to 3 to come into force on 1st February 2019. Section 2 came into force on Royal Assent, in accordance with that section.
